Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from Kyiv, Ukraine. Delivery times and available carriers depend on the destination country.

Estimated transit time for most regions is 7–14 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local postal service operations.


Restricted Countries

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, Serbia, or any countries that support the war against Ukraine.

Zone 1 — Europe

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Carriers may include:
UkrPoshta, Nova Poshta Global, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, La Poste, Correos, and other local postal operators.


Zone 2 — USA & Canada

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Carriers may include:
UkrPoshta → USPS, Nova Poshta Global, DHL, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS.


Zone 3 — Rest of the World

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Carriers may include:
UkrPoshta, Nova Poshta Global, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and your local postal service.

Depending on your country, your package may be delivered by:

  • UkrPoshta

  • Nova Poshta Global

  • DHL

  • USPS

  • Canada Post

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Local national postal services


PO Boxes

Yes, we ship to PO boxes in the USA and Canada.
Final delivery may be handled by USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.


Address Changes

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address or intercept the delivery.
Address changes can only be requested after the package arrives at customs in your country, as your local postal service takes over handling.

Any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address information lies with the customer.
Only the customer can request an address change — this cannot be done from our side.


If You Cannot Find Your Parcel

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel is missing:

  1. Check your community mailbox/parcel locker.

  2. Ask neighbors, concierge, or household members.

  3. Verify alternative drop-off points used by your postal service.

If the parcel is still not found:

  • You must contact your local postal operator and initiate a missing-parcel investigation.

  • We will support you from our side and may submit a claim with the originating carrier if needed.


Customs Fees & Import Taxes

The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees charged by their country once the package has left our warehouse.

We do not charge customs fees and we are not taxpayers in the EU, USA, or Canada — DYCH Jewelry is based in Ukraine.

If customs fees are refused at delivery and the parcel is returned to us:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • We can issue store credit for the value of the items only


Delivered but Not Received

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, DYCH Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels.
The customer must resolve delivery issues directly with their local postal service.
