About our jewelry
Is DYCH jewelry made of real sterling silver?
Yes. Every DYCH piece is made from solid 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver. Some designs are finished with a hand-applied black patina or set with stones such as black spinel, blue spinel, zirconia or black onyx. The materials of each piece are listed on its product page.
Is DYCH jewelry unisex?
Yes. All DYCH designs are unisex. Our ear cuffs, studs, rings, pendants and bracelets are made to be worn by anyone, on their own or stacked with other pieces.
Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. DYCH is a small jewelry workshop, and each piece is made by hand to order. Because of this, small variations from the photos are natural and make every piece unique.
Who is behind DYCH?
DYCH is a Ukrainian jewelry brand founded by jeweler Glib. He has been making handmade silver jewelry and selling it online since 2018.
Is sterling silver suitable for sensitive skin?
Most people with sensitive skin wear 925 sterling silver without problems. Sterling silver is an alloy of silver with a small amount of other metal, usually copper. If you have a known metal allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Ear cuffs and sizing
How do ear cuffs work without a piercing?
An ear cuff sits on the outer rim of the ear and stays in place by gentle pressure, so no piercing is needed. Before the first wear, gently squeeze or open the cuff for a comfortable fit. Slide it on where the ear is thinnest, then move it into place.
Which ear cuff size should I choose?
Most ear cuffs come in sizes S and M, and the inside diameter is listed on each product page. A smaller cuff sits higher on the ear and a larger one sits lower or on a thicker part. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
Are earrings and ear cuffs sold as a pair?
Most earrings and ear cuffs are sold per piece, so you can build a pair or an asymmetric ear stack. Some designs let you choose a single piece or a pair at checkout. The letter stud earrings, such as LOVE and HOPE, come as a pair. Each product page states what is included.
What ring sizes do you offer?
All rings are made in US sizes. Available sizes differ by design and are listed on each product page. Use our ring size guide to find your size, and contact us if your size is not listed.
What if my ring does not fit?
If the size is wrong, we will gladly resize or exchange the ring. Please contact us at info@dych.net within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
Orders, shipping and returns
How long does it take to make my order?
Each piece is made to order, usually within 1–14 business days depending on the design. Your order then ships with a tracking number.
Where do you ship from and how long is delivery?
We ship worldwide from Kyiv, Ukraine. Estimated transit time for most regions is 7–14 business days, plus any customs processing time. All orders are sent with tracking. See our shipping policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to Germany. To Europe, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway, it costs €14. To the USA and Canada it costs €23, to Australia and New Zealand €35, and to Japan €45. Every order ships with tracking, and shipping is charged once per order. See the full table in our shipping policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Customs duties and import taxes are set by your country and are paid by the buyer, unless the checkout states that duties are included. They are not part of the price or shipping cost.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged or defective piece, we will refund you. If the size is wrong, we will resize or exchange the item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days after we approve the return. See our return and exchange policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or shipping has not started. Email info@dych.net with your order number.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on dych.net are in euros (EUR). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available options are shown at checkout.
Does my jewelry come in a gift box?
Yes. Every order is delivered in a DYCH gift box, ready for gifting or safekeeping.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. With an account, checkout is quicker and you can receive updates about new releases and promotions.
Care and repairs
Will my silver tarnish or the black patina wear off?
Silver is a living metal. It can darken if left unworn and soften in texture with daily wear. Black patina is a delicate finish and may wear slightly over time. We offer coating restoration for blackened pieces.
How do I care for my silver jewelry?
Remove jewelry before washing hands, household chores, sport and sleep. Store it in the original box or a dry, dark place, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Read our full jewelry care guide.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes. Manufacturing faults, such as a broken piece or a missing stone, are repaired or replaced free of charge for 1 year from purchase. You only pay for shipping and, if needed, replacement stones. Polishing and cleaning are also free; you only pay shipping.
