Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary by country, and additional customs fees may apply depending on your location.

International shipments sent via UkrPoshta can also be tracked through your local postal service once the parcel enters your country — just use the same tracking number.
Shipments sent with Nova Poshta Global, DHL, or USPS can be tracked directly on their websites.
Yes, we also run seasonal sales from time to time and notify our customers by email, regardless of location.
Restricted Countries
We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, Serbia, or any countries that support the war against Ukraine.

Please be aware of your country’s Customs fees. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs within the destination country.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. It is *not* part of the cost of shipping. Customs policies vary by country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Ukraine.
Since all DYCH Jewelry pieces are handmade, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if certain items are temporarily unavailable.
If your order includes a made-to-order item, please note that production takes 7–14 working days before the parcel is shipped.
For pre-ordered items, we will provide an estimated shipping date for the entire order.
If your order has not been shipped within our normal processing time, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Preorder item – The item was purchased on preorder, and an estimated fulfillment date for your entire order is indicated in your preorder email confirmation.
High order volume – We’ve received a large number of orders and are working hard to ship yours as quickly as possible.
Item out of stock – An item may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, please check your email to see if we have contacted you regarding item availability.
Wrong shipping option – A local pickup option may have been selected by mistake (if applicable in your region).
If you’re unsure why your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out to us at info@dych.net and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address or intercept the delivery while it is in transit. Address changes can only be requested after the package arrives at customs in your country, when your local postal service takes over the shipment. Until then, modifications are not possible, and any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete address information lies with the customer. Only the customer will be able to request an address change — this cannot be done from our side.
Final delivery depends on the destination country and may be handled by UkrPoshta, Nova Poshta Global, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes in the USA and Canada. PO box deliveries are handled by USPS or Canada Post once the parcel arrives in your country.

Important
Once the carrier marks your parcel as delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information
The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees charged by their country after the package has left our warehouse. We do not charge any duties or additional fees. We are not taxpayers in Europe, Canada, or the United States — our business is located in Ukraine.
If customs duties are refused at the time of delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable, and we can only issue a store credit for the value of the goods.
We highly recommend checking your community mailbox or parcel locker, as the package may have been delivered there. Please also verify with your concierge, neighbors, or anyone in your household who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you have checked all possible locations and still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@dych.net for further assistance.
If you cannot locate your parcel and have checked all possible delivery spots, please contact us at info@dych.net. Please note that you must also contact your local postal service directly and initiate a missing-parcel search request, as only the recipient’s postal operator can start this procedure in your country. We will assist from our side and submit a claim with the originating shipping company if needed.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive an email that your order has shipped.
Delays are normal due to many different reasons, such as weather, holidays, other unexpected events, and once the parcel leaves our facility, we have no control over it but can always look into it further for you.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or building number, late pickup, or refusal to pay customs duties, redelivery fees will apply. This also includes any customer errors when selecting products.
If you request a refund, please note that all canceled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. The total amount of these charges will be deducted from your order.
Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit to your customer account.

At DYCH Jewelry, every piece is handmade in Kyiv, Ukraine. We create each item with care, precision, and intention. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange policy below.
1. General Policy
All items in the DYCH Jewelry shop are handmade.
Production time for made-to-order pieces is 7–14 working days.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns on general purchases unless the mistake is on our side.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom-made items
Engraved or personalized items
Used or worn items
Sample sale items
Any item made specifically to the customer’s measurements
Exchanges from one product to another
3. When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
A return or exchange is possible only if the customer received:
the wrong item
the wrong color
a defective or damaged item caused by our mistake
We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if we made an error, we will make it right.
4. Exchanges Due to Wrong Size
If your item doesn’t fit, don’t worry — we can exchange or remake it in the correct size.
Requirements:
The buyer covers return shipping costs
The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
Must include original packaging
5. Deadlines
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange
Ship the item back within 14 days after approval
All returns and exchanges must be sent back in original packaging
6. Forced Returns & Carrier Issues
We do not accept forced or unapproved returns.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
We are not responsible for:
packages destroyed or discarded by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any postal service due to failed delivery or lack of response from the receiver
customs delays or postal mishandling
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders already in production or already shipped cannot be canceled.
8. Order Changes
Changes to an order can be made within 24 hours after purchase.
Please email us your order number and requested change.
9. Repairs & Maintenance
We provide:
Free repair of manufacturing defects (broken pieces, missing stones, structural issues) for 1 year after purchase
Free polishing and cleaning (you only pay for shipping)
10. Incorrect Address, Customs Issues & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
incorrect or incomplete address
missing apartment or building number
refusal to pay customs duties
late pickup
customer error when selecting products
…the buyer is responsible for:
redelivery costs
return shipping costs
original shipping fees (non-refundable)
a 10% restocking fee
The total sum of these charges will be deducted from your order.

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us at info@dych.net and let us know you would like to make changes to your order.
An item may be cancelled due to product availability. We also cannot accommodate multiple purchases/quantities of a given sample.
In addition, if we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or contains unauthorized or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse processing the order. We will either cancel the order, or our customer service team will reach out to you by email to confirm your order.
If the item is unopened, and unused we can accept the product back. Sadly, we do not offer free returns at this time, and shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to decline return or/and refund.
When you add a pre order item to your shopping cart, the estimated shipping date of your entire order will be indicated next to the pre-order button.
If you would like to have the rest of your items that are currently available shipped out,
additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us to request a separate shipment of your items.
