SHIPPING
Yes, we currently ship worldwide! Please note, shipping fees will vary for each country and additional fees may apply.
Product exclusions may apply depending on the shipping destination.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
For international tracked parcels selected with Canada Post, we highly recommend tracking your shipment with Canada Post and via your local post courier as it may provide additional updates. You can simply use the same tracking number you were provided, and paste it on your local post courier website.
Yes, we currently offer free shipping to Canada & USA on orders above $75!
All orders below $75, shipping fees will apply. (Excluding far out provinces {NU, YT}; a small $5 charge will be added).

*Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and we can only provide a store credit for your order value.

The shipping fee will vary depending on the size of the package and the destination country. Unfortunately, our free shipping minimum does not apply to wholesale orders. The shipping fee will be quoted on top, and we will contact you with the rate.
Sadly, additional shipping fees will apply if the shipping rate to the destination is higher than usual. Larger orders will also incur additional shipping charges due to the weight of the package.
Orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
After you have placed an order, please allow 1-2 business days of processing time for all
shipping methods. Processing times may be extended due to a high volume of orders, and product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.
If you purchased a preordered item, an estimated shipping date of your entire order will be provided.
If your order has not been shipped within our normal processing time, it may be due to the following reasons:
1) The item was on preorder, and an estimated fulfillment date of your entire order is
indicated on the preorder email confirmation.
2) We’ve received a large volume of orders, and we are working hard to ship your order out as quickly as possible.
3) An item may be out of stock or unavailable. If such is the case, please check your email if we contacted you regarding item unavailability.
4) Local pick up may have been selected by mistake.

If you have not received an email that your order has been shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible at shop@thebeautyhouse.ca, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note, once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot intercept the delivery or change the shipping address while it is in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the package has left our facility.
We are currently using Canada Post as our primary shipping courier. We also offer DHL Express Worldwide, UPS, ICS, and Purolator.
To better serve our local community we have an option of in-store pickup. When selecting 'Local Pick Up' at check out, your order will be ready within 24 hours after placing and can be picked up from 716 Kipling Ave., Toronto M8Z 5G5, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except on federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready for pick up.
At the moment, Elleebana can only be shipped within Canada. In addition, shipping InLei products are restricted to only Canada and the US.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes within Canada or the US via Canada Post only.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 14+ business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, The Beauty House Shop is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government once your package has left our facility. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and we can only provide a store credit for your order value.
We highly recommend checking your community mailbox/locker if the parcel may have been dropped off there. You can also confirm with the concierge, neighbors, or if anyone in the same household accepted the parcel on your behalf. If all possible places were checked, please contact shop@thebeautyhouse.ca for further assistance.
If you cannot locate your parcel and have checked all possible delivery spots, please contact shop@thebeautyhouse.ca, and we will submit a claim with the respective shipping company.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive an email that your order has shipped.
Delays are normal due to many different reasons, such as weather, holidays, other unexpected events, and once the parcel leaves our facility, we have no control over it but can always look into it further for you.
If a shipment is returned to The Beauty House Shop due to entering an incorrect address, oversight in not including a building or suite number, new or not collecting in a timely manner, or not paying customs fees, reshipment charges will apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected.
If you prefer to receive a refund, please be advised that all cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non refundable.
route protection
We have now partnered with Route to offer package protection against lost, stolen or damaged parcels while in transit.
Route Package Protection is a shipping insurance solution that ensures safe delivery of your parcels, and provides the support and peace of mind you need if an unfortunate shipping event occurs.
We know how frustrating it is when something happens to your package, and not knowing where to begin the process of remediation. For a small additional fee, Route provides an easy fix with instant resolution. Route is a completely self service portal, but we are always available to provide further assistance if needed.
At checkout, Route Protection is automatically activated, however, you have the option to opt out. Simply uncheck the box to turn off.
*When you opt-out of Route's Package Protection, The Beauty House Shop is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your Route Protected order is lost, stolen or damaged, you can file a claim, and the support team will review and provide you with an instant resolution.
If a claim is approved, Route will process either a refund or a replacement:
- Refunds: Route covers the entire amount including shipping and taxes. However, the route premium cost will not be refunded.
- Reorders: Route will trigger a replacement order depending on product availability, and will cover the cost of any reorders, including shipping, taxes and route shipping protection.
After you make a purchase with Route Protection, you will receive a separate confirmation email with a link to file a claim. Or you can access the portal here.
Stolen/ Did Not Arrive
If your parcel never arrives, was misdelivered to the wrong address, or stolen, you can file a claim within 5-30 days of when the parcel was marked as delivered.
Lost
- Order issues are considered "lost" after 7 days without a tracking status update (20 for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
- Estimated Delivery Date (EDD): After 48 hours has passed from an estimated delivery date given from the carrier, and no delivery or update has been made, Route will consider the order to be "lost" and assist with next steps. Please file within 2-30 days of the EDD.
Damaged
If your package arrives in a damaged condition, you can file a claim within 30 days of when the package was marked as delivered. Must submit photos of damaged items and packaging.
If you did not opt out of package protection at checkout, and your order has not yet shipped, please reach out to us right away shop@thebeautyhouse.ca and we will do our best to make accommodations.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel Route Protection as the service has been activated.
Order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email shop@thebeautyhouse.ca and we would be happy to assist you. Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. The Beauty House Shop cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The Beauty House reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.
Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer. We sadly do not provide free returns at this time.
All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments of any kind at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

An item may be cancelled due to product availability. We also cannot accommodate multiple purchases/quantities of a given sample.
In addition, if we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or contains unauthorized or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse processing the order. We will either cancel the order, or our customer service team will reach out to you by email to confirm your order.
We take quality assurance very seriously. If you’ve received a damaged item, please email shop@thebeautyhouse.ca with your order number, along with an attached photo of the damaged product and we would be happy to provide a replacement or an alternative option.
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please email us shop@thebeautyhouse.ca with your order number, the incorrect item you received along with an attached photo. If you are missing an item, please email us with your order number and the product you are missing.
If the item is unopened, and unused we can accept the product back. Sadly, we do not offer free returns at this time, and shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The Beauty House Shop reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.

PRODUCTS
The location of the expiration dates will vary. You can find them on either the outside of the box, or directly on the product. There will also be an open jar symbol with a number. The number reflects how many months the product should be used after opening (PAO).
When you add a pre order item to your shopping cart, the estimated shipping date of your entire order will be indicated next to the pre-order button.

We enable the preorder option for some products, and an estimated restock will be provided on the product page. If the item is currently sold out, it may take up to one week to be restocked.
You can also sign up to be notified by email when a product is back in stock. This feature is located on the product page, below the "Sold Out" button.
Depending on product availability, your GM Collin order will ship 1-2 business days after placing an order. We will reach out to you with any updates regarding shipping delays.
One of our most asked questions! As we love all the products we carry, it is difficult to choose only one when all of them fit the bill. This will come down to personal preferences but check out our sample options to test before committing.
We currently offer paid samples of My Lamination, Elleebana, InLei, and Maxymova. All samples are limited to only ONE SAMPLE (of each colour/system) per customer. If more than one sample was purchased, including from previous orders, we will cancel the additional samples.
