Made-to-order items require 7–14 working days to create.
Because each piece is crafted individually, all sales are final, but we are always happy to help with exchanges or repairs if any issues arise.

When Refunds Are Possible

A refund is available only if the mistake is on our side, such as:

• receiving the wrong item

• wrong color

• a defective or damaged product

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when selecting their size. If the size is incorrect, we will gladly resize or exchange the item.

We will provide the correct return address.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, undamaged condition.
If an item is returned with damage or signs of wear, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not started.

Order changes are also possible within 24 hours.

Repairs & Maintenance

Manufacturing faults (such as a broken piece, missing stone, or structural defect) are repaired or replaced free of charge for 1 year.
The customer only covers the cost of replacement stones (if needed) and the shipping fees.

Polishing and cleaning are also free — the customer pays only for shipping.
